Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip with Navaro. By submitting a booking enquiry or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or making a booking with Navaro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions in full. These terms apply to all travellers on Navaro trips.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. The booking process is as follows:

  • Submit your enquiry via our website or contact us directly
  • Our team will confirm availability and send a booking invoice
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your place
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure
  • Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at time of booking

All prices are quoted in USD and are per person based on shared accommodation. Single supplements may apply please enquire at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@navaro.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus the deposit
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% credit toward a future Navaro trip
  • Less than 30 days before departure: no refund we strongly recommend travel insurance

The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances as it covers costs incurred at the time of booking.

Our Responsibilities

Navaro is responsible for:

  • Organising and delivering the trip itinerary as described at the time of booking
  • Ensuring accommodation and included services meet the stated standard
  • Providing a dedicated trip coordinator for the duration of each departure
  • Communicating any material changes to the itinerary as early as possible

Your Responsibilities

As a Navaro traveller, you agree to:

  • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date
  • Obtain any required visas before departure
  • Ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place before the trip
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking
  • Behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, guides and local communities
  • Comply with the laws and customs of all destinations visited

Changes to Trips

Navaro reserves the right to make changes to a trip itinerary where necessary due to safety, weather, supplier failure or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

  • Minor changes will be communicated but will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund
  • Significant changes (accommodation category, core itinerary activities) will entitle you to a full refund or equivalent alternative
  • In the event of trip cancellation by Navaro, a full refund including the deposit will be issued

Limitation of Liability

Navaro's liability to you in connection with any trip is limited to the total amount paid by you for that trip. We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Personal injury or illness unless caused directly by our negligence
  • Delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by airlines, weather or third-party suppliers
  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any Navaro trip price and is the sole responsibility of the traveller. We strongly recommend that all travellers hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability and loss of belongings before departure. Navaro reserves the right to deny participation to any traveller who cannot demonstrate adequate insurance cover.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
